Catoosa's Market on the river was Developed by Catoosa Arts and Tourism (CAT) as a way to encourage and support local farms, artists, and chiefs by bringing their products to a beautiful venue along route 66. The market is run by teenage volunteers overseen by committee chair Russ White.
